Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Possessions may vary from the information above and from the
amounts quoted on our website at checkout and the amounts on the invoice that is emailed to you after
placing an order online. If the cost to ship your order differs from the amounts quoted, a customer
service representative will contact you before your order is shipped. Alternatively, you may call
our customer service department at 800-588-2790 for a shipping quote before
placing your order.
When can I expect my order? We're proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise, i.e. merchandise
that we have in our warehouse. If you order in-stock items by 2:00 p.m. Eastern (business days),
your order will be shipped on the same afternoon. Of course orders entered on Saturday or Sunday
will ship the next business day. Including shipping & processing, you can expect your order to
arrive in 2 to 6 business days from the date it was shipped from our warehouse in Virginia.
Express Shipping: Express shipping via UPS Next-Day or 2-day Air is available within the 48 contiguous United States
at additional cost. Select oversized and all custom-fit/drop-shipped items cannot be expedited.
Oversized items must be shipped standard ground delivery and drop-shipped items require 2 to 3
weeks for delivery from the manufacturer. If your order contains items that are drop-shipped as
well as items that are in-stock, only the shipment of in-stock items will be expedited.
How will my order be shipped? An order shipped from our warehouse will go by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on its
weight and size. Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail telling you when
and how it shipped. An order shipped from the manufacturer will be shipped by a variety of reputable
carriers and we are unable to provide automated shipping confirmations of their shipments. Elaborate
delivery instructions, such as directions to your house, cannot be followed. Similarly, the decision
as to when or where to leave a package is left to the discretion of the carrier.
How do I get a tracking number for my order? If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped
from our warehouse, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order
ships. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please
e-mail us.
Please Note: We regret that we are unable to drop-ship items to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or AE/AA addresses.
Only in-stock items that can be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service can be sent to these addresses.

Universal Truck Freight Guide: The Truck Freight delivery company requires a customer phone number. The trucking company will call you directly to arrange the delivery time. The Truck Freight carrier will require that you be present to sign for the shipment. Truck Freight delivery provides curbside delivery only. The truck driver will not be able to bring the item to your doorstep or garage; therefore it may be helpful to have assistance when your merchandise is delivered. Please carefully inspect the packages you receive. You should refuse the delivery if you discover any damage. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt and contact our Customer Service Center so that we may arrange for new merchandise to be sent to your address. If you accept the package, but then find that parts are missing or broken, please contact our Customer Service Team.
